Extreme Makeover - Beaufort County

The Dickinson family of Beaufort is selected to have a mold-ridden home torn down and replaced with a dream home for mom, dad, and their 5 children.

The crowd is on piins and needles.

Spectators were asked to donate canned or non-perishable foods for local charities. The Boys & Girls Club collected more than 3000 cans for The Salvation Army!

Giving some much needed comic relief, Paulie can often be found having fun with the crowd:

Working 24 hours a day for a week, despite the bitter cold (in the 20s) and the rain, volunteers created a true dream house.

Staff Sgt. Dickinson, a U.S. Marine, had lots of support from his fellow Marines as they prepare to tear down the house and get ready for a big surprise.
